Headford Ridge is a network of professionals led by James Farnham, who has spent most of his career in the private sector, delivering successful marketing and business development solutions for a wide range of organisations, including Sainsbury's, Diageo, Guinness and Asda.
In a variety of marketing director and managing director positions, James has a successful track record of generating added value against tight timescales in settings as diverse as mergers, acquisitions and international joint ventures.
Since 2005 he has worked in the public sector, latterly as Group Strategy Director at COI before its closure in March 2012. His specialism is the application of private sector marketing tools and techniques to the public sector, making it more efficient and effective by shifting the emphasis to digital, partnership marketing, evidence-based behaviour change and improved evaluation.
